I’m a multi-passionate creator, mom, partner, business owner, and homesteader. I’ve been mentoring, coaching, and educating for over 20 years.
When I left the traditional 9-to-5 and set out to build a business and life that aligned with my values, I thought I was doing everything “right.” But I brought all my old patterns with me—the pressure to perform, the need to prove, the hustle. I was still stuck in survival mode.
Until I created a different way for myself.
Now, I support high-achieving educators, coaches, clinicians and therapists who are ready to stop running on empty and start living and leading from a place of joy, clarity, and deep alignment.
