The Both/And of My Hardest Season and My Best Revenue Year

This year has been a both/and year for me. My highest revenue year in business… and also one of the hardest seasons I’ve ever walked through.

And I want to talk about that, because we don’t normalize the truth enough:You can be thriving in some areas and struggling deeply in others.You can be growing and also grieving. You can be succeeding and still feel stuck.

When the Hard Season Meets the High Season

It’s so easy to slip into the overwhelm, the pressure, the all-or-nothing thinking—especially when things aren’t going the way you anticipated.

Leadership is hard. Running a business is hard. Parenting is hard. Life is hard.

But you know what’s even harder?

Self-sabotaging your own vision because you’re caught in a loop of doubt, fear, and overwhelm.

That’s the spiral I felt myself slipping into.And it’s the exact spiral I help my clients navigate every day.

So I did what I ask them to do:I used my own process.I stopped muscling my way forward and instead grounded myself back into clarity and truth.

How I Got Unstuck (and How You Can Too)

The stories we tell ourselves when we’re overwhelmed rarely tell the full truth.They’re loud, but they’re not always accurate.

So I went back to my signature process — the same one I’ve developed through years of coaching high-achieving, multi-passionate women:

1. Self

I checked in with my patterns, my needs, my energy.Where was I abandoning myself? Where was I pushing past my capacity?

2. Support

I identified what I needed to feel steady again — boundaries, rest, clarity, and actual support instead of carrying everything alone.

3. Systems

I simplified.I made space.I reconnected my actions to my vision instead of to my panic.

And slowly, I got unstuck.Not because life magically got easier…but because I got clearer.
